Inspiring Thoughts.

More of Sensei’s insights from Discussions on Youth (Vol.1):

“Truly respect worthy are those who base their lives on the truth – on the true reality of things.”

“Never give up. If you persevere in your efforts without giving up, someone will definitely support and protect you.”

“It is crucial that you be courageous and live proudly, believing in yourself. Those who betray you or bully others are the ones making bad causes, they are truly to be pitied.”

“The fact is only someone who has experienced pain and hardships can empathize with others and treat them with kindness. It’s essential therefore that you become strong.”

“The only way to make good friends is for you to become a good friend yourself. Good people gather around other good people.”

I love this one. So true, and it reminds me so much of the novel The Chosen – such a good book (but intense!), I highly recommend!
