Thankful

How difficult is it to thank someone for just their mere presence in our life and appreciate them ? We have forgotten one thing that theres always something to be thankful for, one could be thankful for a new day in his/her life, or to have amazing people around you without whom once family would have no meaning at all. Instead we end up hurting our near n dear ones, not only them, we start hurting our life even in some way or the other. We become preoccupied and too comfortable that for us, every relationship means the same and slowly we forget their importance and value in our life.

To change this trend of not appreciating one another we need to start understanding and valuing every single relationship in our life. It may be with our parents, our partner, our siblings, our children and our grandparents. We really need to understand their importance in our life, without these relationships one will be empty, empty from inside. Randomly just thank them just for being a part of your life. You know what would be much better, when you would thank them for letting you be a part of their life, because even we are aware of that without them we will never be happy and somewhere even scared of loosing them. Just randomly letting them know that they mean the world to you would change everything. Even if there has been some grudge in the past, wouldn’t matter after they know how you truly feel about them.

Doing this is not easy, but not even that difficult. Everyday just being thankful for something or the other will automatically turn into a habit. Once you start with your loved ones slowly you will see that theres so many other things in life, for instance right now I’m thankful for my laptop and the internet connection, without them I wouldn’t have been able to share my thoughts with all you readers out there. Same way every single day start understanding the importance of everyone and everything, in return all you will receive is happiness. You would love it if your loved one truly appreciated you, right? The same way even your family deserves the same amount of happiness. When one shares his/hers happiness with others , it always multiplies.

Be thankful to everyone and everything in your life, it will make you happy from within.

Selfless Love.

Today I’m trying to write my second blog and all I can think about is selfless love. Somewhere at some point of life one realizes that selfless love is the true Love. We get so caught up doing things according to what makes us happy ,that we end up hurting a lot of people. For just one day without being selfish we should selflessly try doing some good deed for another person, that person could be a parent, children, spouse,or a friend. You will be pleased and will feel happy from within after seeing how a small selfless deed brought a smile on their face.

We all should try it because we all love our dear ones.

Fitness/Health

Most of the times we people tend to believe that eating healthy is all it takes to live a healthy and a long life. Is that true? Does it really works like that?

What many of us forget that in todays time, in todays world, just by eating healthy is not going to help us at all. We tend to forget that exercise is as important as eating the right kind of food. We read articles in the newspapers, magazines & internet, but how many of us religiously follow it to the “T”. We just read and forget about it.

World is becoming a faster and competitive place, bringing lot of negative aspect for us. Stress, pollution, heart diseases have become very common in this so called faster and competitive world. In the hunger of wanting everything in this world, we are forgetting the world that lives inside us.

We are not giving our bodies enough exercise to do, due to which obesity & arthritis and other back and joint pain problems are a common complaints seen in the younger generation. The long hours of sitting on our office chairs in front of the computers placed on our office desks, the couch in front of the tv are the causes why we suffer all the painful problems.

A little bit of exercise is not going to harm us infact it will only make us feel fresh, energetic and generate new ideas. By exercising for 30 minutes minimum will give & help us consume all the nutrients from the food that we eat. It will only help us live longer without any pains, without the fear of being obese. Whether its early morning or in the night, one must give time to the world which lives inside them, so in return you will have the capacity to work even harder & for a long time .  Take care of the world that resides in you, in return it will help you to get the outer world.
